Aqua Aerobics

Aqua Aerobics is a terrific way to work out and make new friends. The muscles and joints are less stressed during underwater training since they are in motion and helped by the water 

Aqua aerobics is not only a terrific way to get fit, but it is also one of the safest. It keeps the cardiovascular system nice and healthy whilst lowering fat and giving a slim tone the body. In these sessions we aim to strengthen your cardiovascular system, boost your aerobic endurance, gain overall muscle mass, improve your flexibility and most importantly ENJOY it! 

All ages attend our Aqua Aerobics programmes frequently. As space is limited, please get in touch to reserve your spot! 

Our Aqua Aerobics classes are offered at the following times and are reserved in blocks of eight weeks:  

  • Tuesday: 7:30pm-8:15pm
